If there’s one thing I’ve enjoyed during this quarantine, it’s been being able to hone my cooking skills and really explore some new recipes.

There’s nothing more timeless and classic than a roasted chicken. When done right, it’s a savory dish that pairs well with nearly anything and can be enjoyed at any time of the year.
